A commission for @thenomeking.bsky.social depicting his dramatic transformation into a scorpion-taur, one inspired by the Scorpion King from The Mummy Returns 🦂 #taur #centaur #transformation #taurtf #centaurtf

An illustration depicting a handsome human man's spontaneous transformation into a scorpion-taur (that is, a centaur with the lower body of a scorpion) upon donning an enchanted bracelet in an Egyptian crypt. Three panels depict his transformation: the first shows the bracelet shining on his wrist; the second shows his scorpion tail tearing through the seat of his pants; and the third shows his scorpion body growing in between his upper body and legs as his new claws tear through what remain of his clothes. The final image shows the man turning to look back at his changed lower body in surprise as the bracelet glows around his wrist.

The first illustration shows him standing in water coming up past his ankles looking down at himself as magic light swirls and sparkles around his legs. Three panels beside him depict his transformation into a merman as his tail grows in: first, his dorsal fin grows in over the waistband of his swimming trunks; second, his pectoral fins emerge from below where his human torso blends into his piscine tail. The last panel shows him losing balance and falling over as his legs disappear.

Verso of Expedition 33 — as a centaur! 💪 Last time Verso was split in half, he lost track of his legs and needed to get a new set painted for him. They're a bit unconventional, sure, but Monoco's since taken quite an interest in Verso's extra feet 👣 @expedition33.bsky.social @benstarr.bsky.social

I'm excited to share more concept art with you all soon!

A drawing of a man from the waist-up dressed in a classic yellow swimsuit. He has dark, short hair and a scraggly beard, posed with his hand on his hip as he scratches the back of his head to look at something off-screen. He is rather muscular, with strong arms and defined pecs, but with a bit of a tummy bulging over his waistband in an attractive, controlled manner.

Get to know Odys, the deuteragonist of 21 Bottles!

A miniature biography of Odys. His age is 15/16 and he hails from Astarias. His biography reads as follows:

"A charming young merman who wants everything around him to be beautiful.

Odys hates being on land. Up, down, left, right — who cares? It’s all the same when you’re stuck on the same beach day after day. At least some of the outfits Cassie wears down to shore are stylish enough... You know, maybe there’s some inspiration to be taken from Odys’ terrestrial trek after all?"

His spider body consists of a black thorax and abdomen with three red stripes; he has eight, jagged, red legs, and the remnants of his cloak can be seen tattered around where his waist connects to his spider thorax. He is glaring at the viewer menacingly with an aura of green magic conjured around his right hand.

A brief synopsis of 21 Bottles 🧜‍♂️💫 (👉 alt. text available)

A young girl, Cassie, sends messages in bottles out to sea with the hopes of them reaching her father, a fisherman, whom she misses very much. Instead, these bottles are swept away by a current and begin littering a grotto where a young merboy, Odys, has taken up residence since being separated from his own family by a recent hurricane. When Odys finally confronts Cassie about the “garbage” she’s been throwing into the water, Cassie is understandably in complete disbelief at the sight of a mermaid — or “merman”, as Odys is quick to correct her. Though their relationship begins to a rocky start, the two become fast friends, and Cassie resolves to help Odys find his way home. Along the way, Cassie discovers the true depths of her own family’s dysfunction.
