Something weird just happened on ChatGPT. Two weeks ago, when Anthropic turned down the Pentagon but OpenAI did the deal, I switched (as did many.) But today I had reason to momentarily go back. The OpenAI bot had totally changed personality. It was nasty, contrarian, obnoxious. Very surprising.

Fucking awesome. Europe actually WAS ready to fight US troops to protect Greenland. The fact this happened more or less "in the dark," without serious media coverage at the time, is significant. US-Europe relationship has already gone back to pre-WW2 status, even if no one is saying it outright.

Gauff/Zheng semi was so weird, so long, and in the end, a test of sheer guts and will power. Both were bashing the baseline, hitting big angles, but also so many double faults, service breaks and UE counts off the charts. 3 hrs 34 m of heart stopping, nerve wracking entertainment.
