A ten-minute trip to the recycling centre turned into a four-hour sojourn after the Ford starter motor expired. One sorry-can’t-fix-it van and a recovery vehicle later …. Mrs F found an Emma Bridgewater jug in the shop. That’s all I can salvage from the day.
