I've been generating #HumanDesign transit listings for myself and sharing them here. I've been trying to improve the images by packing in more information. I added in approximate markers for Sign changes and Retrograde/Direct changes. Comment if it needs something more as this is what I intended.

A series of tables show the Human Design transits by planet and gate and line. The visual design is too complex to describe in the few hundred words permitted here.

🙄 It is hilarious that he thinks his renaming is going to persist after him! Like, anyone who runs and promises to undo ALL of it, including restoring the Rose Garden & East Wing will seriously be in contention for my vote. I think many would agree. morningmemo.talkingpointsmemo.com/p/will-fords...

When I'm exercising or doing any other kind of activity that I have done so often that my mind is free, I like to listen to audiobooks or podcasts. My current favorite: Just A Minute, a venerable BBC radio show that published a podcast. I'm a Paul Merton fan so I love this: podbay.fm/p/1767854856

Since 2020 all of my #Tarot work has been through zoom. I typically point my phone at my desk, webcam at my face, and have everyone join with larger screens so we can see everyone and the cards all together. Smaller decks fit a layout on my desk. I've been using the "Everyday Tarot" mini-deck for…

A four card Tarot layout using the Everyday Tarot. The cards are the 2 of Swords, the Page of Pentacles, the Ace of Cups and The Chariot.

A good thing about being retired from dev work is that I no longer have to mess around with people screwing up git branches, or dumb library management mistakes, or people who assume that their system for standing up systems do work despite them never testing them through multiple major revisions. 😬

Driving past the Tree of Life site Thursday, saw backhoes removing ground. Still grateful none of my friends were there on that day. Visited for ceremonies for friends for years, drove by it four times a day for ages. Never thought there were so many antisemites & racists. Hate to see them on here.😔

Decide to revisit #Hyperion after a decade. First read it when it was published, and reread it 5-6 times after that. Decided to do the audiobook this time, which is very well done. I loved this book, but most of the stories are sadder each time I revisit them. Not sure if I'll do the whole series. 😔

This is cool, they planned 25 days to remove the old bridge & slide in the new one, connect it all & pave a top layer. In 10 days they've done mostly all of it & are on to the final stage. Might even open before the 3rd, maybe next week! I live a mile over that hill. www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8SA...

I was going to say this tomorrow but I decided I’m just gonna say the thing that needs to be said. It’s mostly because a lot of folks decided to show their asses on Juneteenth. 🧵 Apparently a lot of folks knew/know Talarico has a problem with the Black vote in Texas. There’s way too many “allies”

The weird thing about all this talk of Bsky being a "bubble" is that those proponents seem to believe I have *any* interest in discussions about their hobbyhorse topics. IDGAF. I'm here to find information from those adjacent to me because corp news media is useless. I'm building good info sources.

If you live in W. PA, you can help a lot of people by donating some money to the local food bank, who are super efficient at making the best of each dollar. If you live elsewhere in the US you can find your local food bank at feedingamerica DOT org. Here's my local org: pittsburghfoodbank.org

It's interesting that when people note how country X is better than country Y along some measure, to see how diverse the population is. Low diversity countries seem to less friction for social services. Is it some kind of tribal feeling among the people? 🤷 worldpopulationreview.com/country-rank...

For the first time since I started tracking #HumanDesign transits, all of my centers are connected for a day, including my wide split definition across my throat. I thought I might feel unified and content, but mostly I'm connecting to memories, resenting past harms, regretting my poor behaviors. 🙄🤷

Idiocracy is the name for when people get too dumb to run things. But what do you call it when a bunch of oligarch wannabes front a government full of the dumb and the corrupt, and have it led by the dumbest and most corrupt one of all, but he's also slipped into insanity? 🤔 Asking for a friend. 🛸

I have a small blog on paper{dot}wf for when I want to post something long, but that service has been very erratic lately. I have a small audience so I don't really want to pay much and rolling my own is too much work. Friends have gone to Substack, but is that the right way to go? Alternatives? 🤔

Recently, I've been generating weekly #HumanDesign transit listings for myself and sharing them here in case others find the info useful. I'm still working on better ways to display transit information, so suggestions are welcome. Check the alt text for detailed info from the image.

My favorite thing on social media is seeing an avowed anarchist telling other people how to act. 🙄 My second favorite thing is people suggesting ways to improve our political system that requires *legislating* a change to the system by way of the "broken" system. 🤷

In 2017 I had a dream about Trump that convinced me that he'd become some kind of egregore, he'd become a cat's paw for destroying institutions & norms. First I thought he was an aberration, but now I think the old "normal" is forever gone. A new age of devolution & tribal credos dominating all. 😳🤔😕

What's making me happy right now is thinking of Trump sitting/sleeping there, with ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how hard he's losing.

I just paid all my medical bills, including premiums for Medicare, a drug plan, dental coverage, and coverage for the gaps in Medicare. Did I mention the osteopath's "specialist" fees + x-rays? I have no idea why people believe Medicare is magic universal health care. 🤷 🙄 We should do better.

I recently stumbled upon this great tune by the Huntertones, and I have it on repeat right now to help me get some stuff done around the house. I recognize two of the members from the Late Show Band, who have released some great music themselves. 👏🌞👏 www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_eu...

Food banks are great at making every dollar count to feed peole. They've built up networks for getting the kind of supplies people really need. Given how terrible the Feds have been, it really helps people who can't make ends meet! Give something if you can! www.feedingamerica.org/find-your-lo...

I still enjoy A Little Bit Of Somthin' by Tommy Guerrero even after listening to it for a few decades. It is a nice mix of styles and is all instrumental. Not too mellow but not too jarring, a perfect balance to my tastes. I like to put it on repeat while I'm busy. www.youtube.com/watch?v=LL1r...

In '98 I took a job at a place full of ex-LISP hackers doing Java, mandated Emacs. I gave it 3 years & I was constantly patching it just to make it tolerable & stuff broke constantly. Eventually a Java IDE appeared & my output soared. Loved those guys & that job but Emacs was a big sloshing bucketof
