Yeah I have a friend who just moved to London and one in Belgium so I'm eagerly awaiting their feedback. I mean, anything has to be better than here as a man with a lovely preexisting condition (cancer) that im constantly punished for.

Oh I'm not demonizing! My friend in Mexico has complained repeatedly about how long it takes to get healthcare in both the private and public sectors. But I think he was talking about urgent care and emergency room stuff, not necessarily things like cancer.

I tend to feel the same but looking critically at Canada (public health) and Mexico (public and private options) and my friends there doesn't seem to offer a great outcome in any case in North America. Better experiences elsewhere maybe?
