My bank introduced their new AI agent to help us with our banking and answer questions. This AI agent just directed you to things the bank app and website already provided. I could click on Cizi and say "pay bills" OR I could click on the pay bills tab. What is this accomplishing?

Soon there's the new software, the old software you hug to you like a security blanket (so you're double entering data), and your own spreadsheets just to make sure everything is where you want it. I have not found a way to stop this from happening but let me know if you have any ideas!

I also think AssetWise has gotten unmanageable with all of the data too but at least that's what it is there for. The problem is trusting the software, same issue we have with financial systems. "It doesn't tell me this very specific to me detail so I keep my own spreadsheet".

There's software called AssetWise. Each bridge owner in Ohio is required to enter in bridge and inspection information there. The problem there is that it isn't accessible to that many people (like finance directors!) and every city and county has their own way they like to track things.
