I had Barco, Quansah and Nkunku in my GW1 team last year. 🤦🏼‍♂️ combine that with Solanke injury and Hall losing his place shortly thereafter … and it was just a brutal start to the season tbh. Some of the decisions were my fault, others were not. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ryan Christie - overlooked DefCon gem💎 ➡️ Moises Caicedo & Elliot Anderson have garnered most of the attention amongst MIDs for their DefCon points, rightfully so as they would have gained an extra 42 & 36 points, respectively, last yr 🍒 but there's a certain BOU player that is being over-looked imo

This is true, he did underperform last year. But that usually hasn't been the case looking at his previous seasons. GW20-38 goal involvements 8 for Sarr (10.52 NPxGI) 4 for Ndiaye (3.36 NPxGI)

This might kill my GW but I'll be swerving the BRE guys. I know they're good picks but something tells me that game is quite tight and Pereira wants to end the season with a great result. Since GW22, WOL have improved quite a bit defensively. ⤵️ 📊

Let's continue the FH38 research thread... We have some pretty high CS% odds this GW: ✳️In terms of attack, EVE and LEI away are 2/3 of the worst attacks away from home (SOU worse). ✳️SOU is the worst home attack and FUL is mid-table although there is some overperformance (27 goals on 20.8 xG).

📌 We'll stick in a pin in that one for now but I think Semenyo might be an avoid for me, ultimately. His NPxGI has taken quite a dip the last number of GWs. I don't plot it here but Evanilson has had a couple of nice NPxGI games (mixed in with some poorer efforts), just FYI.

❌ First of all, no to LIV defenders – 8 GA in 3 games since securing the title in GW34. Expect LIV v CRY to be a wide-open affair as both teams have literally nothing to play for… LIV have won the league while CRY have won the FA Cup and will be in the Europa League next season. 🏖️
