Ngl trying to get a therapist with Kaiser is kinda ass af. Everything else you can schedule to see Dr in person. But for mental health they redirect you to a page to download like 3 different "its okay to feel sad lil buddy" apps, a daily gratitude guide, and instruction to drink water.
