Please know that I love you all and I want to keep talking to you, I feel so appreciated & loved in this community, but I just literally don't have the capacity for social interaction right now.

So. My state voted for the ultra rightwing conservative nazis today. And i don't know what to do. I'm queer, I'm disabled, I'm childfree, I'm chronically ill. I'm scared. It's already been rough recently with mental health & work. I'm gonna take a hiatus from anything fandom-related for a while.

I don't want to sound mean but I'm so glad I'm not the only one. Nobody except in my autism group understands. "You just need to get used to it" - i literally, physically, CANNOT get used to it. 😭 I'm glad you get me 😭❤️

Aww it's so sweet of you to remember! 🥲 I did get a promotion/new role recently, about 1 month after starting again, so technically it's still better than before (more freedom& better money). But RTO is mandatory for every1. I have GdB 50 and I feel like I should be exempt, but HR does not agree :/

If you've been wondering where I am, the answer is: having literally 3 meltdowns per office day. Seriously, one before I go to bed. One at the office. And one when i get home. It's exhausting as fuck. I have no idea why anyone goes to the office. Horrible experience, -100/10 would not recommend.

Peak autism experience: had an outing/shopping trip planned b/c today is below 20°C. All dressed up, makeup, hair. Suddenly it's raining buckets. Take one step outside. Get my feet wet. Immediate Nope. Day ruined. Currently sitting on the sofa & very annoyed that my disability disables me.

Something I really appreciate about the music for The Vampire Lestat is that it's classic-ish rock'n'roll which has it's roots in black and slave music and gospel traditions. It honors Louis and Lestat's time in New Orleans in a special & subtle way <3

🦊FoxEaredDevil🦊 || ~ erotic vivisection Emmrook girlie ~ @foxeareddevil.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

It's only 7 episodes per season, so it's not a huge commitment time-wise, and it's SO worth it. Such a deep character study and deeply fucked up. And sexy. Exactly how we like 'em 🤝❤️

If you want to see a BANGER of a series, watch Interview with the Vampire and The Vampire Lestat. They're SO well-done, i binged 2,5 seasons in 2 days 💀

🦊FoxEaredDevil🦊 || ~ erotic vivisection Emmrook girlie ~ @foxeareddevil.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

Watching The Vampire Lestat as a follow-up and OH BOY we're doing ACTUAL incest now and not just pseudo-incest. This is AMAZING. I'm gonna Solythal the SHIT out of this. Absolutely delicious.

🦊FoxEaredDevil🦊 || ~ erotic vivisection Emmrook girlie ~ @foxeareddevil.bsky.social · 12/08/2026

I will definitely put it on my to do list. This series was so good, and so many situations and dynamics are PERFECT for Solas - eternally whiny& navel-gazing, but also proud as all hell, and with a cruel edge, if provoked. Maybe I'll manage to not write him as an uwu softboi for once xD

020

🦊FoxEaredDevil🦊 || ~ erotic vivisection Emmrook girlie ~ @foxeareddevil.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

For the anniversary of his "ascension", he's meant to give an interview talking about his life story. Having to contend with his own "godhood" has made him reflect on Mythal and the other Evanuris. And so he tells an honest account of his life, for the first and last time.

150

🦊FoxEaredDevil🦊 || ~ erotic vivisection Emmrook girlie ~ @foxeareddevil.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

Ok let me pitch you something: Interview with the Dread Wolf The Veil came down centuries ago; in the absence of any other great power, Solas stepped in to fill the vacuum, stepped into a role he never wanted to "take responsibility"; he spends centuries ruling and despising himself.

150

🦊FoxEaredDevil🦊 || ~ erotic vivisection Emmrook girlie ~ @foxeareddevil.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

B - I can see it now lol. My Dalish Warden with her Vallaslin, Zevran in tow, rolling up to Solas' ritual like "dude. come tf on." xD And then suddenly having THE Dread Wolf in her head? Oh, she'd be ANGERY xD But also: visiting Antiva with Zevran! :D

🦊FoxEaredDevil🦊 || ~ erotic vivisection Emmrook girlie ~ @foxeareddevil.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

*I feel the need to reiterate that I personally don't ship Solythal romantically. It's a pseudo-incesty, toxic mess of a relationship and love plays into it, different forms of love, but I definitely wouldn't describe it as "romance".

🦊FoxEaredDevil🦊 || ~ erotic vivisection Emmrook girlie ~ @foxeareddevil.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

FINALLY managed to get my hands on that Interview with the Vampire series and am happy to report that my brain is still so fucking Solythal-pilled* that Lestat/Louis is absolutely DELICIOUS through that additional lens. I need to remember some of that dialogue and put it in Solas' mouth 🫠

it's technically a bit of a spoiler, but you can romance the ancient dragon and let's just say. his speech pattern, demeanor, outlook, and even his history are pretty close to Solas <3 (and the wedding is ADORABLE) (and he's canonically terrible at cooking xD)

A very happy belated Fields of Mistria 1.0 to all my mooties ❤️ I've been spending literally all my (limited) free time there since Wednesday and i can't believe how much dialogue they added. I love this game so much 😭 And I love my Solas-coded, ancient boyfriend ❤️🥲

Man. Booted up the Trails in the Sky First Chapter remake and "The Whereabouts of Light" hit me like a fucking truck. Coming back to this game after going through almost the whole series is so impactful. Still some of THE best storytelling & worldbuilding in JRPG history ❤️

After once again being snubbed/treated unfairly by my family yesterday, Mr Fox came home today and brought me three movies on DVD i liked. "Just so you have something to smile about" 😭❤️ It's Heretic, Late Night and the Devil, and Pillion - which he's decided we're watching this weekend ❤️

"Just some silly lady gooners with their silly game husbands" - think again. We have money, we have community, and we have love - for animals, people, creatives, art, and each other.

If you were ever doubting the power of fandom, take this as a firm rebuttal. 21k $ in just 2 weeks is not nothing. And for an indistputably positive cause. Fans have also donated to women's shelters and domestic abuse NGOs all over the world. Whether LADS lives or dies - the impact is REAL.

Maybe one of our companions doesn't listen/disagrees and becomes a liability and we have to Felassan them. They get their own regret demon, maybe. Like. I'm not arrogant enough to say "it should have been like that", of course. But it sure would absolutely TICKLE me. 🤌

100% agree. If VG was supposed to put us in Solas' shoes and make Rook his mirror, then we should have had way harder choices. Sacrificing friends and allies left and right. One for each story quest, for example. Those are the choices Solas was forced to make.
