A ranch by me has a 6 week mindfulness course that you do where you're teamed up with a horse for the 6 weeks and learn horsemanship, mindfulness, and kinda just bond with these big ass dogs. Week 1 and it's already one of the coolest fucking things I've ever experienced. I never wanna leave
