Waist / Tail For the waist, I would directly mirror the style of other anthropomorphic birds - like Corvus and @kootenay.corvid.ing below. Andean ducks have stiff tails and tend to have a darker colour overall (specifically, black). So would Kildy.

The specific type tail I would try to mirror. Navy blue/black compared to the body and very stiff and uptight.

Another example of a Ruddy (Andean) duck tail.

Neck / Chest - Black skin immediately behind the sideburns (back of head) - Diagonal divide of black to crimson-brownish fur on the neck - Crimson-brownish coat of fur/skin for the majority of body - Darker coat of fur/skin for the chest / frontal area of body

Example of the blend between black fur/skin on the back of the head and the crimson coat of fur/skin on the outer body.
I would like it to be similar to this diagonal divide if possible.

Notice how the skin tone differs around the chest. I would like to achieve this on my own duck if possible and as seen on Snooky V2.

Another example of the frontal area being a different tone of fur/skin compared to the remainder of the body.

Head Features on a real Andean Duck: - White patches on face (around sideburns) - Blue beak Features unique to my sona design: - Big eyes - "Toony" sideburns (as seen on Scrooge and both Kildy versions) - White hair (on top of head) This merges realism with the DuckTales features I really like.

Given this duck doesn't have the "toony" sideburns, I imagine the black skin/fur would go immediately behind those sideburns (and the sideburns would be and overlap on the edge of the white patch on the face).

Notice the "hair" / sideburns next to his beak. That is what I mean by "toony" sideburns, and this is unique (afaik) to a specific category of cartoon ducks that Disney has designed or pioneered.

I would specifically like to see this style of sideburn on my own character.

Another example of duck "toony sideburns", albeit on a different character in the same series (Ludwig Von Drake). I would like mine to blend in with the face similar to Scrooge's (as in, white patch of skin/fur to blend in with white hair) but I wouldn't be against slight differentiations made such as shadows or slightly greyer tones. Go crazy, it's more so I just want to have the sideburns as we see in the Ducktales style.

Another example of "white patches" on face which I'd like to see on my own.

Origins / Body Shape The initial design was inspired directly by Scrooge McDuck (Ducktales 2017). I then changed the species from "American Pekin" to "Andean". These are stiff-tailed "ruddy ducks", which I was directly inspired from by my own heritage and "Corvus". C: @moneydogfilms.bsky.social

Corvus (Skin) from Fortnite, an example of a stiff tailed bird and a body shape similar to what I'm aiming for (but fatter).

"Snooky V1"

1st iteration of "Kildy" (designed by Snooky aka Moneydogfilms), in the "American Pekin" species directly inspired by DuckTales and of a very similar artistic style

"Snooky V2"

2nd and current iteration of Kildy designed again by Snooky (Moneydogfilms), where the species of Duck has changed from "American Pekin" to "Andean". I significantly prefer this style and therefore will be carrying it forwards.
