Hi all, for two years I (David L) hosted Stranger Lights, a show on Camp.fr Radio. It was a great opportunity to play any music I wanted to.

Really enjoyed @formingsound.bsky.social at the Fox and Newt last night, a lovely mix of jangling guitars and art rock noise. Their new recordings are gonna be ace. And the spacey krautrock of @linesofsilence.com was fantastic, a great night 🤩

This will be @linesofsilence.com last gig of the year, opening for the Southern gothic infused @formingsound.bsky.social . For me this is a Leeds hometown gig and an easy stumble home ha, a lovely way to end the year.

Hey everyone! While getting ready for our next hiking tour in Austria, we stumbled on a track that deserves more ears: "You What" by Leeds outfit Forming! 🎶 It’s catchy, cathartic indie rock with a nostalgic twist — think early R.E.M. meets Creation Records vibes. Definitely worth a listen! 👇

NP: new single by @formingsound.bsky.social released last Friday. A slice of jangle here, a chugging alt rock stomp in a Memphis fractured style, it just makes sense in a Leeds band...
