I actually kind of like the *idea* of targeted advertising, for reasons like this. I found out about a Rob Dougan release this way. But the execution is almost universally terrible.

Getting ready for a 3 am wakeup (?!) to catch Jupiter hiding behind the moon.

Got some good work done today, including ~800 GB of hard drive cleanup and getting a gallery up from this event last month www.formerinstants.com/Albums/Track... #photography #motorsport

Well now I'm kind of glad I'm still running Lightroom 5.7!

I could've been driving at COTA this weekend, but it's nice to have a light one to relax a bit and watch Petit Le Mans. Somehow still managed to get less than 5 hours of sleep though.

Big news! Windows now does vertical taskbars natively! Now all they have to do is figure out how to separate the "hide labels" and "combine buttons" functions!

The valley of Botnsá near the Glymur waterfall seemed to be the epicenter of autumn color in Iceland with birch trees putting on quite the show. Glymur is the main attraction here, but this scene ended up being one of my favorites. #timothykeeneyphotography #photography #landscapephotography

A river with white water bends through a valley covered in birch trees with peak yellow and orange autumn leaves.

I had visited Hraunfossar a few times before - but never in fall - and all I can say is "wow". The autumn yellows and reds take this place to another level of beauty. #timothykeeneyphotography #photography #landscapephotography

Small birch trees with their foliage in autumn yellow sit above a brown rock face with many small threads of water spilling from it into a turquoise-colored river below.

I always loved the Mazda 6 wagon. Was never sold in the US =( Mazda 6e wagon would probably be the perfect car.

Getting pretty tired of manufacturers saying, "Look at this cool cheap sports car we *could* build if we felt like it!" and then never building cool cheap sports cars.

Gonna try to get the PCA mega-gallery online tonight instead of screwing around with color grading for the next 17 days. #photography

I don't mind needing an account to use Affinity Photo, but having to log in again every time I start the frickin program is the most annoying thing in the world. Well, I guess it's less annoying than having a subscription fee...

oh thank you. It's a very cool photo to get, but the alignment & timing is quite difficult and mostly luck. I should try it more often though. Got this one at the Nurburgring in 2023.

Day 2 at PCA was only one 90 minute race (cut down from two due to impending weather), so I didn't get to do as much race action as planned. Paddock shots came out good tho. #photography #motorsport
