THAT'S MY FUCKING BOY RIGHT THERE! My first pack I ever opened was an 8th edition booster that came free in a magazine. I had no Idea what Magic was, I was a Yugioh Player. But 2 cards stuck in my head. Unsummon (it was a cool dragon being sucked into a portal), and GIANT MOTHERFUCKING BADGER!

This was my first time getting to LobbyCon! I vintage drafted with @shattergang.com and drafted a DISGUSTING jeskai(ish) deck that I went 3-0 with. The highlight being saccing all my lands to fireblast in response to an opp's balance to make it hit them worse than it hit me!

The event itself involved a LOT of queuing. I only saw about half the artists I wanted to. I DID, however, get to meet the GOAT Rebecca Guay. Seeing Bitterblossom for the first time is a core MTG memory of mine so getting to meet her was a dream come true!

Using yorion to blink out 2 sylvan caryatid, 2 beanstalks and 2 leyline binding, giving my opponent their 2 2-drops back, so I can culling ritual their board of now 5 2-drops and keeping my board safe may be the most disgusting turn i've ever had in Magic and it felt SO good
