Before the season is about to change, I have one more Bazaar clip to share. From the little I played with Pyg, I always liked the big ball (Atlas Stone) but found it, back then, hard to make work. I got it as Mak through the wishing fountain and held onto it www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzva...

I did not expect for that to work. Got a silver eternal torch naturally, then transformed a golden item from the Day 6 ticket with the Echo Crystal and got a diamond torch. But of course the real MVP and build enabler still is the Pendulum. www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxJO...

Guess I do better at the end of a season. Or because its Mak. Who knows. Most likely one of my best builds, ever. This is how you (or rather: I) wish every run goes. You get want you need/want and not the game seemingly giving up on you. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rc2L...

Got another win today. Originally I used the Icy Infinite Potion instead of the Sapphire, since its faster, but once I got the potion tag on my Ice Claw and Brewmaster skill, I had to swap to guarantee it goes to the right item every time. www.youtube.com/watch?v=IE1x...

We are at the end of a rather dissatisfying season of The Bazaar. Had a neat build going but switched last second from my Eternal Torch + Blank Slate to the Staff of the Moose + Ritual Dagger. Was that the right decision? www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARJT...

You know what. I still want to do this. I re-read all of the samples from last year, in the exact same order as I did the first time, & wrote down my thoughts. I will try to space this out a bit. One booklet a day. Should be enough time to also finish this year's batch. First: Bliss - End of Gods.

My first impression from the free preview of Bliss - End of Gods:

The beginning focused too much on fan service and not enough on explaining its setting. Two factions are supposedly trying to sway the
main character to their side, but the only thing I learned about her is that she only dresses in a black bikini, is an amputee with a flying prostectic and is real pretty. The moment she encountered someone with these vaguely-explained god powers, she loses and needed to be rescued by two other gods of the opposite side.
This roughly first chapter of the manhua simply did not show enough to hook me.

wtf is this, Twitch? We have the recommendations on the sidebar. Why I am getting this in my notifications now? How often is this going to happen? Who is getting selected for it? Have they maybe even paid for this?

Today is Manga Day 26. I arrived a bit late in town but despite the good weather, there wasn't that high of a demand. Last year people where picking their offerings apart. Some bookstores didn't even order the new reading samples and just displayed what they still had in stock from last year.

Reading samples from Manga Day 2026, spread out on a white sheet.

The first row has six booklets from this year, from left to right:
Papermox, Kingdom, Jaadugar, Fate Rewinder, Once Upon A Witch's Death, Kagurabachi

The second row has six booklets from last year which I didn't pick in 2025:
Muriel, Secret Life of Corporate Flowers On & Off, Echt jetzt, Tamon?! (english title: Tamon's B-Side), Nana (and on the back, flipped: Gokinjo Monogatari - Von Liebe, Mode und großen Träumen), Kageki Shojo!, There Is No Love Wishing Upon a Star

I also grabbed two samples that aren't part of this event, left to right:
Faker's Light & RuriDragon (and also on the back, flipped: Ultimate Exorcist Kiyoshi)
