I was Jeremiah at one point, fun fact! I decided the extra syllable was too much work. When I introduced myself it wound up being a lot of really comically timed accidents, like, "Jeremy- AH!" and I'd be Jeremy to them as I go to the hospital. So I just asked to get that dropped.
