This is a #vegan Persian pilaf I made yesterday with mushrooms, various types of nuts and Middle Eastern spices and herbs. We serve the rice with tahdig ( the crispy rice bottom layer ) and yoghurt with Persian bread toasted with Za'atar. #vegetarian #foodsky
