Unpopular opinion: charging too early doesn't validate your product. It just taxes the early adopters you desperately need and scares off the ones on the fence. Revenue comes after density. Most founders get this backwards. #JoinTheCommune

It seems to me that AGENTS.md is just README.md with higher expectations.

We didn't fix documentation debt.

We just gave it a new filename.

And now AI is confidently wrong at scale instead of just quietly wrong in a wiki or one Git repo.

Humbled by the support I'm receiving in the early stages of Shift. These are not big numbers but it's really promising taking into account that until a ~1 week ago I didn't start running the pre-order campaign, and before that, you could only read it in Notion (which is not really appealing to many)
