I think one of the reasons I don’t talk as much about my Long Covid here is because of the unchecked abuse, misogyny, racism, ableism and other bigotry in the Long Covid (and Novid) communities on Twitter. The health supremacy, especially in the Novid community. I’m just too tired to deal with it

Leaders hide from the obligation to lead by wagging a finger and chanting “personal responsibility.” Then they take away all the tools persons need to be responsible. No data on infection rates, not enough free tests or masks, fewer test sites, fewer vax sites & less coverage for jabs and drugs. 🤬

I swear this cat is big. Like both tubby and also naturally very large amd long. But every picture of him makes him look like the teeniest of little babies.

It’s so rotten. I had to pay $200 for my Novavax because my insurance only covers vaccines given by my primary care doctor and he only gives flu shots. That program that was supposed to cover people who don’t have insurance didn’t cover me. I guess because I have insurance? Biden made such a mess

Many disabled and poor people have been cut off from healthcare due to Biden ending the public health emergency which threw millions off of Medicaid. Many of us are cut off from healthcare because Biden views masks in healthcare settings as a “states rights” issue

He almost didn’t accept the role. There was some content he found distastefully racist as opposed to funny. But he loved the cast and Amy and the writers agreed to address some of his concerns. In the end (at least at this time which would have been 2003 maybe 2004) he was glad he took the part
