Its interesting that soviet art/movies isn't really judged on like, story/characters/composition/whatever, and more so based on how much they "go against the regime". Soviet movies can only be good to the degree they are anticommunist. If the filmmakers actually like the union, they're disregarded

I'm gonna be so real I don't think anything particularly needs to be running higher than 30fps except for specifically fighting games and rhythm games. Everything else can stay at 30 just fine.
