just being endlessly disappointed in everyone basically. it doesn't seem to matter if someone has a long history of quality work, they are still at risk of becoming like this apparently. (though specifically Nova i can't say they've always been rigorous in all their work)

oh yeah i also added that on more than one occasion we saw a spider in a death curl (usually due to desiccation) it's a very easy problem to avoid and with no water bowls it's obvious why it happened.

the only reason we still go there is because it's not easy to find a place that sells frozen mice for our snake, otherwise i would probably never go again. i've been to worse exotic shops, it's at least clean i guess, but it doesn't matter if they don't care enough about their animals.

however, it was not to add water for them, all they did was put a sign up that said that to keep their prices "low enough" the spiders were not guaranteed to be healthy. instead of trying to add something super easy they just doubled down.

i actually did directly affect a store once with a review i posted, unfortunately it was not in a way that i wanted it to be. i wrote a review about an exotic shop and how they never provide their spiders water at all, and one spider i bought was severely dehydrated and i posted photos
