Big glitter splashes are glued on the mauve figure, and smaller spots on the dark blue background too.

Full view of the same paper collage. We can see every element has been cut with the same symmetrical paper technique. We now see the figure holds one long stick in each hand. They are standing firmly on a light blue platform, that is cut with holes in some parts, and kind of looks like a delicate version of a rorschach mask. A large dark blue paper sheet cut all around in a wavy shape stands behind the human figure, and another one with a lighter blue but even bigger stands at the very back of the piece. Splashes of glitter are glued on the character, and in smaller spots in the blue background.

This is the same collage art piece described in the two other pictures. In this picture, it is framed in a large thin black frame. We can see light reflections of a window on the glass of the frame, and on the right part of a dried bouquet and the amber colored vase it is sitting in.

Peinture non réaliste de deux branches de sureau noir : l'une contient les fleurs et les feuilles, l'autre seulement les baies à maturité. Tout est ondulant, et les couleurs ne sont pas réalistes. La peinture est faite dans une palette de couleurs allant du jaune orangé, en passant par le rouge, le violet, jusqu'au rose.

Lots of wild fennel growing very close to each other, with a mixture of colors from brown to green to yellow. Some of them have unopened buds, others have opened yellow flowers and others are all dried up.

The painting is done with bright acrylic paint colours, most of them used in a non realistic way. Everything is wavy / sort of crooked, in the usual style of the painter. In the forest, we can spot lots of different animals, some of them being : a group of European starlings in a tree, a fox behind a bush, a squirrel eating nuts, a robin resting on a tree branch, etc.

Step 4 : I use colouring pencils to create texture, details, and outline certain parts that don't have enough contrast.
Description of the finished painting : two branches of climbing ivy painted on green paper, with bright blue leaves, dark green-blueish stems, and white-greenish flowers and berries.

Step 3 : I am almost done with painting with gouache.

Step 2 : I start painting with gouache. I usually paint slightly different patches of colour next to each other to create visual complexity.

Step 1 : I trace the outlines of my drawing with a pencil. When I'm done, I usually erase the lines slightly before painting.

It is a close up, and you can see more details : how the leaves and flowers are outlined with colouring pencils, all the different shades of blue-green used to paint the leaves, the texture of the flowers done with small orange colouring pencil stroke, etc.
