claire! @floppaphoto.com · 10/03/2025this system is pretty small, only serving downtown & immediate areas. milwaukee has many dense neighborhoods and corridors that could definitely be served by rapid rail - these mixed traffic streetcars, though, are low enough in capacity & speed that they're probably best kept circulating downtown. 100
