I mean yes, you *could* shoot a child with a suppressed .22 - the terminal effect is often underrated, but the calibre is not far off .223 (5.56mm); only the power is lower. Getting shot with anything is bad news. But legally speaking .22LR is for target shooting or small game and vermin hunting.

Unfortunately, since yesterday my condition has worsened. I was supposed to receive an important treatment dose this morning, but sadly it was not allowed to enter Gaza. Because of this delay, my health situation remains very serious.

The doctors told me that I am running out of time. I may lose my life today or tonight. If my condition continues to worsen over the next few hours, there could be severe complications. I may need to undergo a leg amputation and be admitted to the intensive care unit. We do not know whether I would wake up from such a critical stage or what my fate will be.
Please, please, please... do not let my leg be amputated.
Save my leg. Save my future.
My situation is now extremely dangerous, and all I want is to survive this difficult stage of my life.
