I've been pondering this phrase/metaphor that I thought up recently. "Please stop pouring the acid of toxic shame on your open wounds." And I'm half frustrated with it.. cause I think word choice undermines the original intention of the phrase. Anyone got any rephrasings they think would work?

The reason why I'm asking is because I was hoping to make a quick guide for that version of the world if possible, alongside some for the current worlds too. I rather enjoyed the heart it had, even if it was a bit frustrating or confusing at times.

Which isn't good, because scapegoating ignores problems instead of resolving them. And that's only in the best case scenario. Because in the worst case scenario.. They just end up reverting things right back to the very conditions that let such problems thrive in the first place.

Apparently there are groups who want to ignore and erase the things they don't like. Because they fail to understand that you can't kill a concept. And in their attempts to try, they end up going after healthy spaces. Which kiiiinda just pisses me off. Since that's just scapegoating.
