I’m going to lose my mind, my coworker keeps sending me unvetted chatgpt responses to anything I ask for his input on

I’ve managed to consolidate all of my trading cards into one space, but where I’d like it to take up one shelf worth of space it is taking a little over 3…

In the continued process of cleaning, not counting the ‘must be checked in person’ and various restaurants that I’ve stored elsewhere I have uncovered $806 worth of gift cards, dating back to 2009. Thanks Obama.

I managed to get the bedroom into a good spot, set up a project desk to try to get myself to use my planner more often. Unfortunately the office is once again full of boxes.

Do I really need a corner desk or do I just need a bunch of monitor mounts and a pegboard

010

Benny @flickreaper.bsky.social · 21/09/2026

I think a lot about my former coworker who had a desk setup of 5 ultrawide monitors in portrait orientation

Benny @flickreaper.bsky.social · 20/09/2026

I got rid of my beast of a desk in the move because it was just too much to reassemble without the manual, but am finding I would benefit from a corner desk. So tiger and I went to staples today to check their stock. Turns out they've gutted them entirely in favor of a fucking MINI BIN STORE.

I never owned a copy of pokemon yellow, so $30 to have an opportunity to experience it the first time was already pretty sick. Having it re-themed around sneasel was icing on the cake.

Got some custom games in :o

Copies of Pokemon Sneas and Pokemon Hat for the Game Boy Color.

(deep inhale) okay so there's a copy of it on the old drive that I converted into this linux box... and it's activated... but the mouse and bluetooth drivers do not work with the new drivers. one must imagine sisyphus happy.

Maybe it's a "sort Magic cards and try to work toward the Return to Ravnica cube I've been thinking of doing for almost a decade" kind of night

Toward the end of my time at our last apartment-- as life became busier and work added more responsibility (causing a heavier feeling of burnout at the end of the night)-- I was starting to feel my already rough moods compound whenever I'd get home from

Real talk I do need to consolidate my drives so all my streams are in one location (and on an extra backup) because I keep stumbling upon things randomly.

Finally installed all of the SATA cables I was procastinating on and now I have over Three HUNDRED megabytes of storage capacity

An old computer ad from a home shopping network boasting a 170 MB hard disk drive and 4 megs of ram that can be doubled to over three HUNDRED megabytes of storage capacity. This was sampled by Neil Cicierega.

Framework for automated pulls is set back up, I just need to do some distributing across the week, checks to make sure my drive doesn't get overloaded, and self reminders to actually pull things off the linux box and onto my phone.

Yesterday's benny certainly tempted fate posting this the day before setting up a kvm. Thankfully, only ran into a mild cabling issue. Dual monitors!

General plan is to use field notes to offload everything, then copy anything planning related into that planner at night. Anything further out than next week gets added to a different page that houses a year's worth of monthly calendars.
