Last year I was overjoyed to work on two recipes for @miaowzine.bsky.social. They raised $3,653.26 for RAPS Cat Sanctuary with additional donations made to local shelters in five different countries.

A shallow bowl filled with ice cream sandwiches with a chocolate biscuit cut in the shape of a cat and filled with with pale yellow and pale pink ice cream.

Buttermilk biscuit kolaches cut and decorated in the shape of paws, served alongside a sweet and spicy sauce.
