Practicing happiness is harder right now. I have much to bring me down from health issues to the fears that government actions are causing and my regrets from not following my instincts. Nevertheless there is much in my life that makes me happy and so I spend time focusing on those.

Good day/bad day: had last molar on left side lower jaw pulled and hole packed with Granular Bone Graft. Lots of pain tonight, but it is the first step in restoring lower jaw function. Plans for next steps at appointment in 3 weeks.
