Why is it almost 90 in NYC on October 2. I'd say make it make sense but we all know WHY. I will say: fuck this, bro.

Shinsou, of course, is all too happy to oblige lol

I adore the head canon that Aizawa has a bit of a submissive streak in bed he tamps down and hasn't admitted to anyone because he's so guarded... until Shinsou. Because Aizawa trusts him and Shinsou is one of the few people he'll actually lean on and feel secure about it. 🖤💜 I'm gross. :'D

Honestly this is a top tier quality no matter who or what fandom it is.

I know it's partially intentional to desensitize people from having actual horror over horrible things, but also omfg.

I rarely read mainstream news because I know what sources and where I trust for actual news, but I will say CNN continues its surreal bylines interspersed with appliance ads. Basically, "Getting Ready to Drop the Nukes: A 24 Hour Countdown," followed by "Check out this vacuum cleaner!"

After reading the fic tags carefully, I cannot recommend this fic enough. If you like where it's going, please let snow_haiku know in comments! This fic lives in my head rent free and I think about it CONSTANTLY. archiveofourown.org/works/92300616

Kaina Tsutsumi doesn't consider herself a lady; she is brightest as a star fallen from the sky & a bullet never led astray. * Lady Nagant embraces fallen stars, hot and painful, like a bullet through flesh. This is what it means to see the sky. * Captivity is an exhalation; there are no stars.

I've been beta reading (and yelling) about this fic in g-docs for over a year. "The Way Home" is a dystopian BNHA shinzawa (+more) fic by snow_haiku. This is one of the best fics I've ever had the pleasure to beta read. Dead dove w/ happy ending. HEED THE TAGS! archiveofourown.org/works/92300616

I'm a little rusty but whatever. I've been wanting to write this Nagant fic idea for a while because I LOVE her character.

010

flecksofpoppy @flecksofpoppy.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Playing with an idea for this fic I'm turning over in my head. Poking at it with a twitfic. 🤔

flecksofpoppy @flecksofpoppy.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Lady Nagant listens for whispers in the vents—the only stir in the stillness of Tartarus—and hears someone begging for forgiveness. "The guards will hear you," she warns. "Write it down, pass it." "No hands." Then, silence; unbearable, now that it's been broken. She asks, "What's your name?"

flecksofpoppy @flecksofpoppy.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Still thinking through my fic ideas for characters I don't write. But also feelin some kind of shinzawa way. Idk maybe I'll write a twitfic. I'm re-claiming twitfic because twitter no longer exists and has been replaced by naz*net. Twitfics forever, fellas.

I have this idea that I might actually try to write for beanha characters I've NEVER written but ideas have been lurking in my head. I just started thinking how I could potentially/thematically link them together. 🤔

Snowball looks like he smokes unfiltered cigarettes. Postcard from my collection, no date/info.

Black and white photo of a shorthaired kitten, mostly white but with some color on his face and head - maybe ginger. He looks very confident and tough. The word “Snowball” is written in tiny white letters at the bottom of the pic.

What also sounds cool aboit this movie that I haven't seen is that it focuses on estranged friendship and isn't romo-centric, which is pretty cool
