I've been beta reading (and yelling) about this fic in g-docs for over a year. "The Way Home" is a dystopian BNHA shinzawa (+more) fic by snow_haiku. This is one of the best fics I've ever had the pleasure to beta read. Dead dove w/ happy ending. HEED THE TAGS! archiveofourown.org/works/92300616

Someone left me the nicest comment on my "still working on it it's only been 3 years IT'S NOT ABANDONED I JUST CAN'T WRITE" shinzawa fic and I'm also laughing because ACCURATE and also writing shinzawa makes me happy too.

Amusing myself by writing some rambling erasermic when Aizawa gets Called Out by his homeroom teacher for looking bedraggled and Unprofessional for graduation. Aizawa is not happy but also has no choice. Lol welcome to WIP "please send help why is their dialogue so fun" Wednesday.

I was opening up some docs I've been working on, and my g-drive accidentally got sorted by date old to new. I saw this gem from 2022. There's not a single word in the document except the "1." Now I want this so bad. Maybe I should message the author and see if they'll continue it. >.> Wait.

I KNOW. My also-elder-Millennial friend who was there with me was like, anything before 2020 may as well be the 1800s. Lmao but also LOLSOB. To invoke a truly Millennial reaction image YET SO ACCURATE:

Michael Prysner was arrested 2 days ago while occupying the Cannon Bldg in DC with other US veterans and families. I learned the audio we've heard on social media is him yelling at George W. in 2021. He's now a hardcore antiwar activist and specifically engages veterans. Interesting tidbit below too

This was a little hand-written poem stanza style #shinzawa ficlet I wrote for my good buddy friend Frog @altidae.bsky.social for Christmas based on a gorgeous sketch of theirs which is here: bsky.app/profile/alti... So I'm postin' it. Ty Frog for always being a wellspring of inspiration. 💜🖤🐸

Brand new from my brain full of my shinzawa bullshit if you can believe it. Late WIP Wednesday but make it actually recently written. This is the same fic about cutting Aizawa's hair I've posted other snippets of. :')

I do still poke Riptide, but since it's WIP Wednesday I thought I'd share one of my favorite pieces of dialogue I've ever written about Aizawa. #shinzawa

A #shinzawa tidbit for #WIPWednesday for an actual recent draft I wrote at the end of 2025 I can't quite seem to finish. We'll see... 💜🖤

This mini Aizawa character study (lol) from Shinsou's pov is getting cut from a fic because it doesn't fit, so I thought I'd share it here because I still like it. :'D

I am legitimately so confused about what's going on here. This is from the same article about the mayoral race. Mamdani: attending a Rosh Hashanah service with a NYC high-ranking Jewish official; Cuomo: I have some thoughts about prostitution wanna hear? abc7ny.com/live-updates...

Someone needs to make a tear sheet of what to look for when you get one of those emails from payment processors "we're making changes to our privacy policy/our legal policy/our agreements" and how to actually decipher it. I got this one a few hours ago... which told me nothing. Whomst the fuck?

It's not Wednesday but a slice of the most painful dialogue I've ever written that had me laughing so hard at my own words I had to take a break. This absolutely ridiculous document is named "high school reunion" lmfao take a guess.

Sometimes I get the most gracious comments on fics where I've been stuck or creatively feel meh in general, but someone's enthusiasm and patience totally makes my day. Thank you, guest commenter, asking if I'm gonna finish Riptide. This left me with such positive feelings.

Another #WIPWednesday I'm actually posting for. This is a newer thing I poke sometimes after I got inspired by that tiny little panel in the manga epilogue of Mic and Aizawa at the cemetery in front of the gravestones. I stared at it for so long because there's SO MUCH going on. So here we have it..

flecksofpoppy @flecksofpoppy.bsky.social · 07/05/2025

It's been quite a while since I did a WIP Wednesday but seeing as how I've actually opened this document in the last month it counts. This is hair cut one I was talking about... and ofc it's #shinzawa lol
