"Humans will want AI Assistants to be upbeat"
Isn't this primarily an American thing? I think the cultural norms are different in Europe.
Despite being American myself, I'd much rather a taciturn, but competent, assistant. Then again, I'd far prefer superpowers to accomplish things myself.
