Peabody's basket time is beautiful. Is it fair game to initiate lap basket time any time he's in the basket? Or does he have a special way of letting you know it's lap basket time vs regular basket time?

An artist local to me did an installation based on this topic. The footprints of the now filled in local "white" and "black" public neighborhood pools were outlined and it was absurd how much larger the "white" pool was.
