Animation is freaking hard, even with digital art making it easier than in the hand-drawn cel days! I'm no artist but if someone told me an animation was 1x extra on the cost of a pic per second of motion, I'd believe it. (So double the price for a 1s loop, 5x for a 4s loop, etc). S'a lotta work!
