Really stoked that SJ Transit is finally rolling out automated stop announcements! It's an important wayfinding and accessibility feature for any transit system. Also, the French text-to-speech pronunciation of "Field House"on the 1E bus has become the highlight of my commute.

For anybody who actually cares about city population rankings: the latest Census numbers using updated NB municipal boundaries are scheduled to be released on February 10th, 2027. Until then we're all just blowing hot air based on some extrapolation.

The trade situation may have been de-escalated, but IMO, it has inflicted permanent damage on the Canada-US relationship. It has compromised any trust we may have had that our southern neighbour would deal with us in good faith. And it has significantly eroded goodwill toward the US among Canadians.
