I love this effort lead by @pallone.house.gov ! We must end every cent of US aid to Azerbaijan and Turkey. This is a great start! As an American citizen with Armenian heritage, I do not want my tax dollars funding the genocide of my fellow Armenians abroad. I'd rather this money be used in America!

🧵This is a great question! My take is AI/ML libraries are written in either C, C++ or Rust binded to Python to optimize performance but allow data scientists who are not CS degrees to have an easier time interacting with the AI/ML algorithm (Python is easier than low level languages).

My fiancé & her family are Ukrainian. I did not know about Holodomor before I met them. Holodomor was a genocide perpetrated by Russia on Ukrainians in the 1930s. As someone who is Armenian, I sympathize as my great-grandmother escaped from the Turks during the Armenian Genocide in 1915.

I suspect there are a significantly higher number of real users downloading WxData 2.3 compared to previous versions. conda-forge has a lot of bot activity, but comparing the numbers and timeframes there has to be a lot more humans downloading 2.3 than prior versions. Love to see this!! 😎😁
