I don't know how many russian embassies I have blocked on Facebook, but every time I log in there is another on my feed complaining about Ukraine's apparent 'crimes' Luckily all the comments are laughing at them, but this level of online propaganda is disturbing

Despite the nausea, shaking, anxiety... Facing it was the correct idea as I didn't give my imagination a chance to make it so much worse. I still imagine the Christmas day fire. What happened inside, what it looked like... I asked for images to gain some control of these thoughts but wasn't allowed

She and her dad are brilliant at trying to protect me from potential triggers around fire. She tried to warn me about it and asked me not to look - but I told her it was fine. I looked because I know from experience, the reality wouldn't be half as horrific as anything my mind came up with.

Bairn was also upset. She had never seen a fire before. She said 'it 's really scary, I'm only little' I told her it doesn't matter how old you are, fire is ALWAYS scary.

Yesterday on our way to drop off bairn we got an eyefull of a range rover burning to dust. That's the biggest fire I've seen in person since September 2021. Ofc I didn't know about the 2024 one until the brigade were there because SOMEONE removed the alarms. I was literally nauseous and trembling

So, said uncle offered us his old back gate (ours was nicked) in return for Andrew setting up his smart TV. He set it up. Then the camera his uncle stole went missing when he owed it back to the person he stole it from. Presumably blamed Andrew, because... The gate was cut in half. Went in skip
