The industrial hemp market is worth $18 BILLION! Victoria plants around 200 hectares of industrial hemp a year worth almost $500k. It won't get you high, but you can build houses, make flooring, make pipes to replace PVC, and it's energy efficient! Victoria, cut the red tape! #legalisecannabis
