Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 09/02/2025Thank you so much for coming. It was a fabulous afternoon. 010
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 10/01/2025A frosty morning filled with winter colours. It was -3° when I went out, but the sun is trying its best to break through. 0111
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 25/12/2024My 14yo built me a bookshop for my office complete with a working light, tiny vases of flowers, and so many books. It took her HOURS. Made me cry when I opened it. #MerryChristmas #BookTwitter 3202
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 24/12/2024It smells of Christmas. I've just taken it out of the oven. 010
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 24/12/2024Delicious! I might borrow some of your ideas. This one feeds 14 and I'm sure they'll be heaps of leftovers. 000
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 24/12/2024Christmas Eve is my favourite day of the festive season. The gammon's roasting in the oven and I'm about to get cracking on the sausage rolls. Feeling nostalgic today, a sort of sad wistfulness for Christmases past. Merry Christmas, friends. May yours be peaceful and filled with love. 10380
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 17/12/2024I am so excited about this. Simon Mayo! Thriller chat! Chorleywood Bookshop! Does it get any better? 072
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 16/12/2024There are some personal things going on in my life that are making me sad, but one of my favourite moments of each day is switching on the Christmas tree lights, and how calm and peaceful it makes me feel. 7320
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 30/11/2024Spent a soothing afternoon painting pottery with my youngest. This still needs to be fired in the kiln, but behold, our new Christmas plate. It's not brilliant, but not bad for a first try, eh? 1130
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 24/11/2024My mum and dad bought them for them, and we get together and fill them every year. I can't remember which child made the bowl 🙂 020
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 24/11/2024I absolutely get that. Those with December birthdays deserve to feel special. 110
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 24/11/2024I usually do, but there's a lot going on at home right now, so I decided that it doesn't matter anymore. 110
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 24/11/2024Those are advent calendars, which we're planning to fill this afternoon, and the bowl was made by one of the children x 110
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 24/11/2024I've always been a stickler for no Christmassy stuff before December, but we're letting the light in a bit earlier this year. 5220
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 21/11/2024Looking gorgeous - can't wait to read it! 110

Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 21/11/2024It's a bleak morning by the estuary. Freezing and grey. But there's something about the seascape that appeals to me when it's like this. If you look closely, you can just make out the name of the orange boat: Revenge. I'd love to know what prompted that. 3191
Fiona Cummins @fionacumminsauthor.bsky.social · 19/11/2024Haha - of course! The language/story is designed to be accessible, but it's still written in my usual style. 110
