Black and white architectural photograph of the Marina City towers in Chicago, nicknamed "the corncobs" for their distinctive scalloped, cylindrical concrete form designed by architect Bertrand Goldberg. The commercial building of Marina City was home to legendary Chicago radio station WCFL, "Chicago's Voice of Labor," a 50,000-watt AM station broadcasting on 1000 kHz. My 😍 part of this scene is not visible. The parking lot is filled with parked cars. There are: babies, toddlers, children, parents, teens, dates, young adults and seniors all gathered together for the best show in town. A glorious sun setting on to the gentle tidal pools of Cape Cod Bay 🧡🥰
