Day 14 of #30DaysofPride is about Dyke TV! A public access program that was founded in 1993 by The Lesbian avengers! An offshoot of the Lesbian Avengers, the mission of Dyke TV was to incite, provoke and organize communities to create tangible change. Read more about DykeTV at the link in my bio!!!

It’s 10 years after the Pulse shooting and I don’t know how a decade passed since that day. But it has. Anyway, I am 32 and 10 years out of the closet 4 years out as trans. Today's profile is on Dr. Roxane Gay. She's a is a scholar in Media, Culture, and Feminist Studies. She serves as the Gloria Steinem Endowed Chair at Rutgers University. In 2014, when she released her debut novel, An Untamed State, and her essay collection Bad Feminist, Gay broke into the mainstream as a cultural critic! She is now one of the leading voices on culture and has contributed so much to the scholarship of Media, culture, and gender studies!

Today's #30DaysofPride is the celesbian to look out for right now, the Author, Singer, songwriter, and film director Hayley Kiyoko! Hayley's directorial debut, Girls Like Girls which is based on the book, based on the music video, based on the song of the same name, will be released on June 19th! I'm going to talk about the cultural impact of the Girls Like Girls Music video and the importance of the film.

Today's #30DaysofPride is the late Slam Poet and Poet Laureate of Colorado, Andrea Gibson. Andrea passed away in July of 2025 after a 4 year battle with ovarian cancer. In this I am going to talk anout their legacy, their poetry, the documentary "Come See Me in the Good Light," and how their partner is publicly grieving their and using the same forum that Gibson did!

I'm profiling Meg Stalter today for #30DaysofPride! That's right, the prettiest girl in America, Meg, has taken the internet by storm with her wit and "midwestern camp" and she deserves all the flowers for the way that she embodies the sensibilities of icons who came before her!
