Was looking forward to a fantasy event I'm attending this weekend, as the location normally provides wheelchairs to rent Turns out that the event didn't opt for the wheelchairs at all and now I'm anxious I might have to leave after an hour or two, since there's not a lot of sitting space either

I'm sadly having to cancel today's stream. My doctor's appointment was a lot more emotionally intense than I anticipated and I need time to process it. I could force myself to stream and postpone processing, but that benefits no one and risks me being on edge and not being very entertaining.

Worst case you'll have to clean paws and pawprints 🤣 they are curious.. This is from when I decided to paint my nightstand last year. The culprit was apprehended and her paws washed (with big protest) shortly after, and she is still alive and doing well! Water based furniture paint. I kept her art❤️

Unless you want to paint with oils, like do a bob ross paintalong, you're fine using acrylics. There's odor free turpentine, but I wouldn't risk it. Acrylics are safe and relatively cheap, depending on brand. I've never needed to keep the cats out, but mine are trained not to jump on tables/desks

Video games are made by an enormous number of uncredited contract workers and outsource studios, often paid close to minimum wage and denied benefits. It only makes the news when they *also* lay off lead/senior/director level FTEs. Everyone else loses their job every ~6 months as a regular thing.
