Overall though I still think it's a decent adaptation and the early parts of it especially are definitely a treat I wouldn't say it's the best way to experience FMA by a long shot but if you're curious about it, I'd say it's worth checking out

-the manga and Brotherhood feels really lacking, and I honestly don't like how this series treats some character deaths That and... the ending is really REALLY weird, there are parts of it I like so it's not dogshit or anything but... it feels kinda forced and/or rushed, I guess?

For real though though as frustrating and frankly bullshit this game is, it can be legit kinda fun, and the stuff like the different maps being different Kanto areas and Pikachu being the loudest mf ever also make it so soul-pilled Just... keep it casual, don't pour actual time into this

My only real problem with the movie is that the human actor performance weren't really all the great aside from Cena, which is a shame But the toons were going to be the big draw of the movie anyway, so it doesn't take away too much in the grand scheme of things

Really fun movie, it's pretty much what you see is what you get, but it's funny, has a great message, the heartwarming moments really hit home and I really like how this movie uses the "cartoons in the real world" setting Really glad we got to see it in the end

I think 2003 still has the feeling of adventure I love about FMA, but its original elements have been a bit hit or miss so far and I feel some of the character work has been a little lacking but again, until I see where they're trying to go with all this, I can't judge it fully

Getting close to the end of FMA 2003 and so far it's kinda hard to really say what my overall thoughts on it are, I really gotta see how things end up coming together before I hand full judgment I will say though, as far as adaptations go, it's not touching the manga or Brotherhood

The online is fun, some of the new tracks are great and I enjoy the novelty of seeing how the tracks connect in this big world But a good majority of the tracks suffer because of the "intermissions" and I never really feel the desire to explore in the free roam

So the Direct was kinda.... meh There was cool stuff to be sure, like Kirby and Metroid obviously, and I'm actually really hyped for Tag Force GX because I loooove Yu-Gi-Oh GX But this is the first direct in a while where I REALLY felt the amount of ports in the showcase
