Made some more bread today, tried out my new Shokupan pan, but recipe was wrong and it didn’t rise enough. I know what I need to do differently next time. Also made some chocolate chip cookies, they were thinner than I would have liked, but still delicious!

Farmers Market haul! That’s a sausage patty melt + cappuccino in the first photo. Picked up some coffee, eggs, sourdough, sun dried tomato goat cheese, and an oatmeal cookie. Also some (not pictured) raspberry and smoked maple jam.
