IMO the majority of these people did not believe Tr*mp. They settled for him because they couldn't convince themselves to vote for Kamala Harris for their myriad of excuses, of which all likely boil down to racism + sexism. These folks did not developed spontaneous amnesia from his first term. 1/

A lot of people have recently complained about TikTok doing things like this. It sucks. As someone who has never used that platform but has watched many documentaries about TikTok, I hope people get pissed off and move on from it. They are partially to blame for the political mess we're in today.

Been feeling sad, exhausted, and withdrawn. I think it is a combination of our country/state/economic chaos, overwhelming work, and lack of connection with like-minded people in the day to day. I hope I can get back to volunteering with the local Democrat org again or something to ground me. 🙏🏾
