The world of "high art" is so pretentious; thank glob for cartoonists like Bill Watterson for lampshading this stuff.

A Calvin and Hobbes strip

Wow, I have not looked at my #artbingo2026 in a long time... This zine technically clears another box (which I totally didn't alter the name of to make it so, shut up), but I've got a feeling I might not hit a bingo this year. We'll see... #artgoals #artchallenge #artprogress

Success! Not bad for my first coptic binding in almost 20 years; only ripped the cover slightly at the end, and suffered but one (1) significant stabbing (baptized in blood!). Now I have my #Ironsworn reference in a personalized booklet that I put together myself; ready to game!

I had to look up reference pictures online to figure out how to repack this box after popping out all the tokens, but I did it! I'll likely give it a proper try this weekend sometime after I've gotten more commission work done.

And with that, Castlevania is out of the #MorningCartoonLineup Or at least, the original is; starting next week, Nocturne cycles into the rotation. From what I understand, the themes and writing in general take a significant upswing in Nocturne, so I'm keen to see how it goes.

I'll get X-Men into the lineup eventually, but I've already got Batman TAS as my main long-runner right now, and I'd like to get a few shorter series in while the others wrap up. Once Nocturne is done, I'm throwing in something smaller with only 13 episodes: CyberSix! #MorningCartoonLineup

I'm almost done with Castlevania; this show was formatted to be binged, but I'm sticking to daily. I had only seen the first season a while back, so it's all mostly new; but really I'm just keen to get onto Nocturne once this final season wraps up, because fuck Warren Ellis. #MorningCartoonLineup

Thundercats 2011 is officially done in my #MorningCartoonLineup. A mixed bag of a show that could have cut a lot of chaff and done it all in one season if they hadn't been counting on a second. Now rotating in another recent reimagining of an 80s classic: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power!
