I can only dream of it. I'm not good at drawing. My strength lies in writing, but I doubt fics would get this much traction compared to fan art.

I'm aware that it comes with its own challenges and stress, and of course a stable and secure income from a normal job is a huge advantage. But the freedom to create what I want? To give back to communities? To become your own boss? To pursue your passion? To have a healthy work-life balance?

I'm subscribed to this amazing Haikyuu artist on Patreon and I love that she is able to quit her job and just pursue drawing full-time as she earns enough from it. I wish I'm talented enough to do something like that.

My therapist has to remind me constantly that just because I'm anxious something may happen doesn't necessarily mean it will. #art

If you’ve moved on from me, I’ll be at peace with it. But please, don’t ever come back to me— not to ask how I’m doing, not to wish me happy birthday or on my favourite holidays, not even to say hi. Just leave me alone, that’s all I ask for. Go live your life, just leave me out of it

You're allowed to enjoy your ships on your own. You don't need to join that discord. You don't have to follow that big name artist/writer/meme maker. You don't have to accept the popular fanon headcanon. You can just enjoy them how *you* want to on *your* terms. You don't need anyone's permission.

I am grieving the barbarism that is going to unfurl from all this. People are going to die. Livelihoods gone. All to feed a corrupt kleptocracy. I see every day up close how different it is from the first time around. There are no guardrails. A disaster. I’m sorry we have to live through this.
