Super solid advice for all peoples. 🔥🔥🔥

Axel, like Autumn before him, is a high flying frisbee dog. It’s not good for his young, developing joints, so I don’t throw to allow for jumps often, but you gotta indulge him a lil every once in a while. 🚀 #bordercollie #frisbeedog

BREAKING: Israeli forces have intercepted Alma, the lead boat of the Global Sumud Flotilla, in international waters - a direct breach of international law. The boat was carrying humanitarian aid and peaceful activists on their way to Gaza. Contact has been lost.

It says I have it pinned, along with a couple other feeds I have made. Not sure how else to pin it.

A little while ago I got an email that said that they were pausing the feed because it didn’t have enough traffic. When I click on it it loads. Does it work if you try it again now? I’m pretty sure I’m paying for the service of creating and hosting the feed so hopefully it’s working!

The Global Sumud Flotilla, with Greta Thunberg, Nelson Mandela's grandson and European lawmakers aboard, includes some 50 boats and 500 activists and is carrying a symbolic amount of humanitarian aid.

What page is this coming from? I’m trying to share it but can’t.

Morning play time! We recently connected with the family of one of Axel’s litter mates that had a DNA test done and found out he’s 72% border collie 19% Australian kelpie and 9% Australian cattle dog/German shepherd! (So a purebred Handful.)

A young black and white border collie lays on the ground underneath an old black and white border collie, both looking at the camera.

And thank you! I’m suuuuper proud of the work I did in this class!!

You know, I’ve always had a keen interest in gaining skills that would be useful if the state of things change. As a result I am absolutely a jack of many trades, master of none, and am so glad I am.

Today while the leader of our nation threatened WWIII on a nation being battered by the axis of evil (a side our nation’s gov’t is now on) I glazed these 15 pieces of pottery I made. 10 others in the works! What a world. 🥵🥳

Pottery on a shelf that has been glazed but not yet fired in a variety of styles and colors.

Every day is a rollercoaster. Some days I feel empowered and some days I’m just fuckin sad. Hugs. ❤️

Fuckin right! NOT GOING BACKWARDS!!! 🏳️‍🌈❤️🔥

DPW alone does not work. It pulls in waaaaay too many posts that don’t apply to us, so I didn’t include it as a tag after the initial trial run.

Got my estimate today. More than 6k. 🎉

Thank you, I appreciate the clarity of this distinction.

Raaaaad! I miss darkroom work. I sure would love to just live in a space with all the art-forms I have visited and loved in my life.

That sounds like a glitch. Hopefully it's fixed by now. Copy pasted: We shall overcome We shall overcome We shall overcome, someday Oh, deep in my heart I know that I do believe We shall overcome, someday <3

My pottery class is almost over and I'm pushing myself to make as much as I can. It is so soothing to go to the studio, put on my headphones and just create. Today I threw this 4.5 lb beast, my biggest yet. Like 60% or so of my creations, it will be home to a plant. I can't wait to see it finished!

Freshly thrown pot (like, created on a pottery wheel) with a spray bottle next to it for size comparison.

I’ve never had a puppy. Autumn was 6 months old and in my 13-years-ago memory it was all almost effortless. Figuring out what this guy needs and attending to him is a 24/7 job. Today we walked in the woods. He terrorized when we got home, but it’s 7:50 and he’s asleep and that’s a miracle.

I love the look of the first one, and the lighting in the photo. 🧑‍🍳🤌🏻😘

Bennett went to Tulane. The first year were together he promised me a king cake. We have been together 6.5 years, he has still not made or gotten me a king cake, and I have yet to let him forget it. I just sent him a screenshot of this post. 😆 💚💜💛

Wish I could pop in and join you! Thanks for keeping community alive! 🎵❤️

For my DPW/NVO friends just arriving, or becoming more active here: I made this #altgov feed that you can pin to your feeds and step into the madness when you have spoons for it instead of following all these accounts, and then your whole-ass personal feed is doomsday. Stay sane, stay informed! 🧡

"It just feels right, OKAY?"

This is RAD!! That's your cat?

Not confined to blue states. Any not for profits that help anyone are already stranded and getting ready to furlough all their employees. Got a friend with a harm reduction institution in Missoula that's getting ready to do so. It's fucking terrible. The point is to make people suffer.

100

Fuck yeah, Kranky! I believe in you!!

I've also been building a starter pack of older school desert friends (you're in it) and happy to add people to it!
