He also claimed Iran was involved when 5 men arrested near Uk base which is used by US Air Force. Claimed it was a joint operation & had been under surveillance. Turns out they were 5 English born blokes stealing petrol as it is now much more expensive because Trump went to war with Iran

Agree. Schools in the area are closing, health care staff have to get to their patients in those communities and this will raise tensions generally.

A personal story about that phrase “young men of fighting age” applied to asylum seekers. As many of you know I took in a young Ukrainian woman under the Homes for Ukraine scheme. As part of that process, soon after she arrived we were visited by the local authority rep and a Fire Brigade rep.

I don't feel he ruled it out. The deal is that when there is a clear indication that people north and south would vote for it, then the SoS is obliged to call it. We are nowhere near that, particularly in the Republic. There is a lot of work needed to build consensus.

The commission decision per say was not the issue for the court. They failed to have all Commissioners formally sign off so decision was not valid. No indication that any Commissioner had an issue with the decision. Purely procedural failure. Someone was on the ball to get it in front of a judge.

Agriculture also a significant user. Personally I would like people to be more conscious of using treated drinking water and not wasting it unnecessarily. However, you are right, people will just point at heavy users and say why should they bother

I remember the bucket of milk in my granny's house - she had a small herd of cows. I wasn't a fan as it had all the cream in it, but I guess my mum and siblings all grew up with it. She or one of the kids would have done the milking so perhaps very careful about contamination. Must ask my mum
