Early on I had a lot of drive here that came from a higher amount of interaction with my posts and replies than I was experiencing on Twitter. This has fallen off, but I continue to post things here. I'm going to experimentally cross-post some of these and compare interaction rates.

I get the Vision Pro hype. I went in very skeptical and ended up thinking to myself, "$3,500 is pretty reasonable." If it works 80% as well as the unveiling video suggests that thing is going to be wild. Just gotta get these med school loans under control first.

An interesting intervention I hadn't heard of, smacking a low-voltage electrode on your forehead overnight for ADHD. Dr. Muir cites some large effect sizes, though I believe the small study population was limited to adolescents and my brief dig didn't turn up any adult studies. More digging to come

I can hold two thoughts at once: 1. If you want to take a sledgehammer to your all-cause mortality then smoking tobacco is probably the best way to do that. 2. We've overcorrected on the risks of nicotine as an isolated substance and could do with more novel delivery mechanisms.
