126 is not a sustainable numbe and probably top of operational tempo given TEL avability. ru builds around 50-60 Iskanders, a couple Kinzhals and 40 RM-48Us (converted S400 interceptors). Kinzhals are deterred by LIMA, RM-48U has low accuracy and mostly used to bombard border areas like Kharkiv.

Hungary polling demographics: TISZA has 2/3 lead with young people, Fidesz only leads among 65+. TISZA enjoys similar dominance with graduates, Fidesz' support crawls up as the less educated people are. Same applies for town size, TISZA clear winner in large cities, Fidesz only leads in villages.

It's important to see that #Qatar is only a minor #LNG supplier of the #EU. In just a few years we succesfuly diversified our imports so no one party has leverage over us. Still, Asia's LNG shortage will inevitably affect ours too, but the current shock pricing will probably subside quickly.

As I predicted, Fico didn't stop electricity supplies to Ukraine. The trick is in his wording: He specifically promised ban on emergency supplies, which happens when during blackouts, Ukrenergo request more power. But I doubt that was ever much, SK-UA only has one 400 kV interconnector.

Because Hungary doesn't have any surplus to sell, outside of summer we rely on imports. The power we do transmit to UA is from other countries, we are just middlemen, thus we'd breach contracts. Snapshot of today - grey are imports, yellow is solar, dark blue is nuclear, lighter blue gas.

MAGA claims the US is subsidizing the EU welfare state through defense, but that's a tacit lie; In 2022 welfare items made up €5,2 trillion, while defense €185bn (around ~1,2% of GDP).; EU can and is on track to increase that without any impact on welfare.
